Stringing them together was very easy. Have them installed outdoors hanging up around the patio for soft light and they do very well. I can tell you these are of industrial quality, as the bulbs are housed in a thick platic tube with sealed "O"-ring endcaps -obviously waterproof for outdoor use. Good quality cord and plug as well. I put them all on a dimmer and provided the soft glow my wife and I were looking for. The arrived quickly, were well packaged, and included mounting clips and harware. I found this light string and decided to try it. It is quite bright, and sturdy, and doesnt get too warm even left on a long time. It was quick to ship here, and arrived undamaged. It would be better if it had an on/off switch somewhere, since you can only turn it on and off by unpluggin it, otherwise I m quite pleased with it.
